So, why 1up? It might seem rather playful in nature, but we take your health and emotional well-being seriously. We wanted something familiar and unique that people who are seeking support might identify with. You may recognize “1up” as an arcade or video game identifier for Player 1 or achieving an extra turn. We feel that therapy can be an opportunity for anyone to have an extra turn and by taking the first step toward working on yourself.

1up Counseling Services began in 2019. We focus on telehealth counseling to help people who have unique schedules, have difficulty getting to an office or might feel more comfortable in their own space.

In addition to counseling services, we provide business consulting in the areas of process improvement, personnel management, organizational health and strategic planning.
