Privacy Practices

At 1up Counseling Services, we take privacy and confidentiality seriously. We will do our best to keep all of your information as private as possible. There are certain circumstances in which we cannot maintain confidentiality, which include:

• If you tell your counselor that you plan to harm or kill yourself

• If you tell your counselor that you plan to harm or kill someone else

• If you disclose abuse, neglect, or exploitation of a minor or vulnerable adult

• If your information is requested for a court case
